Oz's new design & Fawna's design
Hi, everyone! Hope you're all doing well!
It's been a little while since my last devlog and even more since the last update for this game!! As I mentioned in other devlogs, that's because Oz, Arthur and Aslan are being redesigned, since I wanted them to be my 100% my characters and not from a stock sprite that anyone can buy and use in their own games.
Today is the first reveal!! ✨
Here's the new design of Oz and the design of Fawna (the MC)!! 🐅🦌
Just like in WWCG, you'll be able to choose whether you want to play as the canon protagonist (Fawna) or as your own invisible MC!! 🥳

IMPORTANT: If you prefer the previous version of Oz, that's completely fine since everyone has their own preferences. However, I will not tolerate any comments that say the previous art or this art is better or worse; that's just being rude. There's no "better artist", both are AMAZING. They just have different art styles.

i love this art style so much!! oz still looks fiiinnneee, and fawna looks adorable!! i love her design, considering her (also my) body type is rarely seen in otome unless it's some schoolgirl lmao (or maybe i've not been playing enough otome) so 10/10 !! also i honestly feel like fawna's haircut would be SO cute irl
Thank you so much!! And I feel you! I rarely see bodytypes like Fawna (baby-faced, petite and small chest), especially adult women, so it was something that I really wanted for her; plus the nickname Bambi now really suits her 🥰
The haircut was also something I really liked after I saw a similar one in a manga; and I agree! I also think it'd be super cute (and cool) to see someone with that hairstyle irl 💖

Thank you so much!! 🥰 Making the scar bigger was Mustache's suggestion and I'm really happy about how it turned out 'cause now it looks more like a burn scar 💪

I actually really love the redesigns, Oz looks more of Tsundere now lol and Fawna looks so adorable. Good work really!!

Well you really hit the mark with this. I love this Duo and yes yes that is what is was thinking when i saw her, those pretty Doe eyes.
